Tzatziki

- 1 ½ cups yogurt , plain, no-fat
- 1/2 cup cucumber , chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions:
- Place yogurt in a cheese-cloth sieve set over bowl; cover and let drain in refrigerator for 4 hours or until reduced to ¾ cup.
- In bowl, sprinkle cucumber with salt, let stand for 20 minutes. Drain and place in sieve; press out excess moisture.
- In bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic and lemon juice
