- 1 large sui choy cabbage
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 pkgs ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup margarine

Instructions:
- Break up the packages of ramen noodles. Don’t use flavour packets.
- Add butter, slivered almonds, sesame seeds, and ramen noodles to a fry pan and try to brown them slightly. Use low heat to avoid burning them.
- Mix together soya sauce, sugar and white vinegar
- Clean and chop cabbage and green onions.
- Add all ingredients together.
