Chinese Salad

Ingredients

Main Dish

  • 1 large sui choy cabbage
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 pkgs ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup margarine

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Break up the packages of ramen noodles. Don’t use flavour packets.
  2. Add butter, slivered almonds, sesame seeds, and ramen noodles to a fry pan and try to brown them slightly. Use low heat to avoid burning them.
  3. Mix together soya sauce, sugar and white vinegar
  4. Clean and chop cabbage and green onions.
  5. Add all ingredients together.
