Wild Mushroom Pizza with Arugula and Pecorino

- 3 tbsp olive oil , divided
- 4 cups mushrooms , mistake or chanterelles, sliced
- 1 pound pizza dough , flat breads also good
- 2 cloves garlic , sliced thin
- 4 ounces mozzarella , thinly sliced
- 3 cups arugula
- 1 tbsp agrumato lemon oil , (or olive oil & 1 tbsp lemon zest)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp pecorino , shaved (or toscana cheese)

- heat 2 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium heat, cook mushrooms 2.drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over rolled out pizza dough or flatbread; bake 10-15 minutes at 500 degrees 3.toss arugula with lemon oil and salt; add to top of pizza
