- 4 cups cabbage , shredded
- 1 1/2 cups (approved 5 large carrots) carrots , shredded
- 1 red bell pepper , thinly sliced
- 1 cup edamame , cooked and shelled
- 1/2 cup cilantro , fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions , chopped
- 1/2 cup peanuts , honey roasted
- 1 cup wonton strips
- tortillas , soft
Sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic cloves , minced
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- In a medium bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and garlic. Add the peanut butter and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the wraps. Divide the mixture over the wraps and drizzle peanut sauce on top. roll up the tortillas and cut in half before serving.
