Steak Bites with Garlic Aioli
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup soy sauce , low sodium
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tbsp ginger , fresh, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 steaks sirloin steak , or whatever you have
Aioli
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Mix together soy sauce, water, cloves, lemon juice, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Cut steaks into bite-sized pieces (about 1 inch pieces). Add to marinate and marinade for 10 to 30 minutes. Do not marinade over night.
- mix together 2 garlic cloves, salt, mayonnaise, olive oil, and lemon juice for the garlic aioli.
- Set a heavy skillet over medium high heat and add a blob of butter (vegetable oil or margarine). When the foaming subsides (is hot enough), add the steak in batches without crowding the pan, and leave for a minute or two to get a nice sear on the first side Turn steak pieces until all sides are cooked.
- Serve with garlic aioli sauce.
