Matcha Cookies

  • 75g powdered sugar
  • 0.75 Tbsp matcha powder
  • 60g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 110g flour

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Cream sugar, matcha, and butter until smooth
  3. Add yolks, mix until glossy
  4. Add flour and salt to mix. Dough should just come together
  5. On a floured surface roll to 1/4” thick. Add flour to prevent sticking
  6. Cut into small rounds
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes
