Matcha Cookies

- 75g powdered sugar
- 0.75 Tbsp matcha powder
- 60g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 110g flour

- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cream sugar, matcha, and butter until smooth
- Add yolks, mix until glossy
- Add flour and salt to mix. Dough should just come together
- On a floured surface roll to 1/4” thick. Add flour to prevent sticking
- Cut into small rounds
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
