- 1.2 cup green cabbage , shredded
- 1/2 cup red cabbage , shredded
- 2 green onion , chopped
- 1-2 cups mushrooms , sliced
- 1 red bell pepper , chopped
- 2 carrots , chopped
- 1 cup broccoli , chopped
- 1 large English cucumber , chopped
- 1 - 100 gr. pkg ichiban noodles , crushed
- 1/2 cup almonds , toasted
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds , toasted
dressing
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 pkg ichiban seasoning
- 1 tsp soya sauce

- Put all vegetables in a large bowl. Toast almonds and sesame seeds and add to bowl.
- Mix all dressing ingredients together (I generally triple the dressing recipe to have some around for subsequent days.
3.Add raw noodles and dressing and serve
