- 3/4 cup butter , (margarine a substitute)
- 1/3 cup icing sugar
- 1.5 cups flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar , divided
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 pkg (250 gram) cream cheese , softened
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Crumble
- 1/4 cup butter , (margarine squares)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 cup walnuts , chopped

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together 3/4 cup butter and icing sugar. Gradually beat in flour. Press into 13 x 9 inch baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325 degrees.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually and in condensed milk. Stir in lemon. Pour over the crust.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp brown sugar and cornstarch. Blend in the cranberry sauce. Spoon over the cheese mixture.
- In a medium bowl, combine remaining 2 tbsp brown sugar and, 1/3 cup of flour. Cut in cold butter or margarine. Stir in the nuts. Sprinkle on top of pan. Bake 45-50 minutes.
