Beef and pepper rice bowls

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 red bell pepper , diced
  • 1 green bell pepper , diced
  • 1 onion , small, diced
  • 3 cups white rice , cooked
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger , ground
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onion , sliced

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet, over medium heat. Cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add diced bell peppers and onion, Saute for 4-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in soya sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and red papper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice.
