Beef and pepper rice bowls

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 red bell pepper , diced
- 1 green bell pepper , diced
- 1 onion , small, diced
- 3 cups white rice , cooked
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger , ground
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onion , sliced

- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet, over medium heat. Cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess grease.
- Add diced bell peppers and onion, Saute for 4-5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in soya sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and red papper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice.
